2026 Local Scholarships
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE DUE IN THE COUNSELING OFFICE NO LATER THAN APRIL 10, 2026
2026 GENERAL APPLICATION
-Students can apply for multiple scholarships by completing this application.
-Financial need and academic standing are taking into consideration
ANDREW BENTLEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must be planning on majoring in Engineering with
preference given to those in mechanical engineering
-Minimum 3.0 GPA required
-Must be planning on attending college in Michigan
ATLAS TOWNSHIP FIREFIGHTERS SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants should have between a 2.0 and 3.0 cumulative GPA
-Must be a resident of Atlas Township or the Village of Goodrich
-Preference given to those entering the trades
BETTY MORRIS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must be planning on majoring in Music or the Fine Arts
COACH WOLFF MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must have played a varsity sport for Goodrich and must be able to demonstrate academic success

LITERACY & SERVICE AWARD
-Applicants should be able to show involvement or history of
volunteer work with the Goodrich Library
-preference given for those going into library science, literacy or education
GABRIEL'S GUARDIANS
-This scholarship is open to any senior who can describe what they have done
to make the world around them a better place
GOODRICH LION'S CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
-This scholarship is awarded based on financial need. Applicants must be able to provide proof of post-secondary plans
GOOD TIMES IN GOODRICH
FESTIVAL AND EVENTS COMMITTEE SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must be planning on entering the trades field.
-2.5 minimum GPA
-Must be able to demonstrate community service and involvement
-Preference given to those entering the trades
HADLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
DON AND JANE HUTSON SCHOLARSHIP
-This scholarship is awarded to a senior who lives in Hadley Township
and can document service to their community
HADLEY LION'S CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
-APPLICATIONS FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP ARE DUE BY MARCH 28, 2026
-Applicants must reside in Hadley Township
-Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA
-Must be able to describe citizenship or service to the community
HANNAH'S LEGACY
-Open to any senior
-Financial need is a factor
KRES WASHINGTON "K.ROCK" MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
-Open to all seniors with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
MAX AND FRANCES CANTLEY SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA
-Financial need will be taken into consideration
RAYMOND MORRIS SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must be planning on majoring in Veterinary Medicine
SHANE HOLTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
-Applicants must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA and plan on attending
a college, university, or trades program in Michigan
